Eric Demeusy grew up in a small town located in central California near Yosemite National Park. In high school he completed two 20 minute Star Wars fan films, receiving him a summer internship at the local ABC news station. After graduating he relocated to Los Angeles to study Directing at the New York Film Academy in Burbank, CA. His editing and animation skills lead him to work on music videos for Kanye West and Sammy Hagar.

He quickly began working for creative studios such as Prologue, Imaginary Forces, Elastic and A52 where he worked on the Emmy winning title sequence for HBO’s Game of Thrones. His work can also be seen in Disney’s Tron Legacy, Guillermo del Toro’s monster epic Pacific Rim, and the Netflix Original Series Stranger Things.

His short films have premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival and the Raindance Film Festival in London. His short film Star Wars: The New Republic Anthology was featured on the front page of Yahoo and Entertainment weekly with over a million views online, garnering him attention from major Hollywood studios. He’s currently in production on Proximity, a Sci-Fi Drama about a man who's world turns upside down after an encounter with extra terrestrials.
